We have a very exciting announcement: All Michigan Hoop Dance Retreat apps are open and tickets are on sale! ✨

While we gather with the common love for flow arts and dance there is mindful intention toward fostering authentic connection, exploring friendships new and old, and creative expression. If this sounds like your cup of tea: APPLY TODAY! Help us co-create an unforgettable celebration of community and flow arts. 🤩

We’re seeking:

🪩 Instructors: Artists who are passionate about spreading their knowledge on flow arts, movement, mindfulness, and more.

🪩 Volunteers: Helping hands who are committed to the success of the retreat.

🪩 Scholarship Recipients: Attendees who would benefit from financial assistance to attend the retreat.

Last week our retreat was featured by the Washington Post! After 10 years of hooping, fire, friends, and fun, our hoop love made it's all the way to the eyes of the media! We're extra proud because we've never tried to be big or flashy or famous, so this notoriety feels well-earned by our loving, spirited, and spunky Michigan (and beyond!) hoop family!
