Big Daddy DJ Service is owned and operated by Mike "Big Daddy" McCarthy of Marietta, Georgia. Born from a love for music and a need for some balance in my life, Big Daddy DJ Service was formed in 2001. The name "Big Daddy" came from my wife Mary aka "Lil Momma"who is small in stature (but don't mess with her!). Mary is also my trusted partner for all wedding receptions, creating an unbeatable team

. Since I started in 2001 my bookings have grown thanks to word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers. We consistently strive to exceed expecations, personalize your event and make every customer a reference.

After almost 18 years operating as Big Daddy DJ Service we will be rebranding and refining our DJ/live sound offerings so watch for the announcement! Thank you to all who have supported and helped me promote this endeavor over the last 18 years. Although we do not do weddings these days we are still available for private parties and your small event sound needs. We specialize in Baby Boomer generation events because.... We can relate!
