Sunday morning. Coffee + canvas. ☕️🎨

Meet Hey, Girl Hey — No. 1 of 9.

I gave myself a little challenge: before the emails, errands, appointments and everything else that fills a day, I get one hour to make art.

One mini portrait. Every morning.

Part practice. Part play. Part experiment with acrylics. But mostly, I want a record of the artist I’m becoming.

Because when I look back at the portraits I painted when I first started and compare them to what I can make now? Whew. 🥹

It's been a while!

If you’ve been on this list for some time, you may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet over here. Well, I haven’t been quiet everywhere else. 😂

A lot has happened since my last email. I’ve been painting, creating, exhibiting, curating, building—and finding new ways to bring people together through art.

What an incredible night! I’m feeling so grateful after tonight’s paint & sip at Carlucci’s Grill.

A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made the evening run so smoothly and created such a welcoming, fun atmosphere from start to finish. Special thanks to Vonyeh, whose vision sparked this entire event — thank you for taking a chance on me, trusting me with your idea, and allowing me to be part of something so special. Your support and enthusiasm meant so much to me.

And to my wonderful friend and assistant, Raysa — I truly could not have done this without you. Thank you for jumping in, helping every step of the way, and bringing such great energy to the room.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came out, got a little messy, tried something new, and painted with us tonight. Watching everyone relax, laugh, learn new techniques, and create such beautiful work was honestly the best part of the evening. Every single painting turned out wonderfully, and I hope everyone left feeling proud of what they created.

I had an absolute blast and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to partner on such a fun and meaningful event. I’m already looking forward to the next one. Thank you all for making tonight so memorable and special. 🎨✨
