I want to share with you all a new group that I had just recently started and to share with you my purpose and to why.
I started the group Creations from the heart- scrapbooking with the purpose to inspire others to create and to share their memories in an album.
How many of us enjoy looking back through the years, of pictures, relishing in those moments of memories that were made.
Creating an album that will be passed on to generations to be cherished.
That my friends is what is at the core of scrapboking.
And as one begins you start to see your creativity flow through the pages. You are "Creating memories from the Heart"

I was recently diagnosed with a form of Leukemia back in November. From this I have not been able to start back working. I needed to do something more. I started to work on my scrapbook, my crafts. I find enjoyment through this hobby, but really getting to the core I am creating and placing together those memories that will be passed on through my children. Memories I want them to remember, to smile, to laugh, to talk together with and pass on to their own children.

Creations from the Heart-scrapbooking is also providing retreats at different venues but also virtually. These truly are places to where you will not only create, but to make connections and wondeful friendships with others.

So join me through this group and invite others that enjoy the art of scrapbooking and to Create Memories from the Heart.

I will be hosting a scrapbook retreat at the Outer Banks Beach club. To register/pay for this retreat click on the below link. (Retreat fee is separate from room accomodations)
For room accomodations- Call the Outer Banks Beach club at 252-441-6321. All rooming accomodations must be made through the Outer Banks Beach Club.

Be sure to check out the various classes that are being offered by Donna Griffin and Katrina Stone.

For those who are local residents, you may register and attend this retreat without rooming accomodations.
