🚨 Mentor Monday Spotlight 🚨

Heather Liposky (.liposky_) is the kind of artist who transforms every stage she steps on AND every project she touches.

A graduate of Oakland University and now a creative force in NYC, Heather has performed at iconic venues like Madison Square Garden (PHISH), The Javits Center (Miley Cyrus), and the International Emmy Awards. Her resume spans Freedom Riders: A New Musical (NYMF), Burning Man, New York Fashion Week, Good Morning America, and music videos with artists like Jay Sean and Nickelback.

She’s been part of the creative process behind Broadway pre-productions of Cats, West Side Story, and Head Over Heels, and her talents as a choreographer and creative director have shaped tours, conventions, and live events across the country.

At Broadway Dance Center, Heather empowers the next generation of artists and now, she’s offering a 1:1 mentor session to help you deepen your creative voice, navigate a multidimensional career, and lead with purpose.

Monica Delehanty () knows what it means to lead with passion, precision, and perseverance, from winning top national dance titles to working alongside some of the industry’s most respected choreographers.

A lifelong dancer who started training at age three, Monica’s roots began at Anita Ehrler’s Dance Extensions, where she studied under Broadway greats like Anita Ehrler and Frank Mastrocola.

She honed her craft further at The Joffrey Ballet School, Broadway Dance Center, and Steps on Broadway, later training in L.A. with powerhouse artists like Hamilton Evans and Galen Hooks.

You’ve seen her on screen in Modern Family, Big Little Lies, and beyond, and now she’s offering a 1:1 mentor session to help you carve your own path, build confidence, and show up ready.
