Dofilas is yet another Pachimon card monster, a lake-stalking reptile whose appearance was taken from some illustrated art of Kemular from Ultraman (1966).

Pachimon (パチモン) is a vintage series of budget bromide cards made by Japanese companies such as Yokopro (ヨコプロ) and Yamapro (ヤマプロ), featuring unauthorized alterations of pre-existing kaiju further collaged with other photographic elements. Mass-produced bootlegs, basically, sold cheaply in Japanese toy and candy stores of the time, with the term 'Pachimon' itself meaning 'stolen monsters'.

One last thing on Dofilas: it looks rather peaceful and pleasant, like it's waving hello back to the human who's photographing it here.
