Fan Favorite voting is now open!

Visit https://libertyparksandrec.com/events to vote for your favorite contestant. As a reminder - ALL football players and cheerleaders will be entered into the drawing for Homecoming King, Queen, Prince and Princess. Only those who chose to run for Fan Favorite are entered into the running for the Fan Favorite Award. The athlete in each division who raises the most money will be crowned Fan Favorite. All money raised will go straight back into the Liberty Recreation Department to support our athletes. Voting closes on 9/11/2026 and the crowning will take place during the Homecoming ceremonies on September 12th.

Hey, everyone! Ashley here. 👋 I’m thankful for the way you guys always step up to meet a need and I’m asking for some help today.

Our friends at the YMCA are looking for Y mentors - especially in the Liberty area. Right now, LPS has 0 - yup… you read that right - 0, Y Mentors. I’m calling on our incredible coaches, families and community members to step up and make a difference! All it takes is 30 minutes of your week. Whether you’re best with kids young or old, they need YOU 🫵! Do you have 30 minutes a week to spare?

I’ll be attending a class next week and I hope you’ll join me. Let’s show up BIG for these kids! And if you know someone who would be a great fit - send this to them and encourage them to get involved!

Good morning, families! It's that time again. Homecoming is right around the corner! Attached you will find information regarding the Fan Favorite award. This year we have extended the Fan Favorite award for all football players and cheerleaders. All football players will be entered to win the title of Homecoming Prince and King and all cheerleaders will be entered for a chance at Homecoming Princess and Homecoming Queen, but only those who wish to raise money for the fan favorite award will be entered for that competition. If you wish for your child to participate in the Fan Favorite competition, attached you will find more information on how to enter. The player that raises the most money wins - simple as that! I have also included a schedule for the day's activities. We would love to see families tailgating in the parking lot and having a great time that day! Go Devils!
