THIS SUNDAY! June 21, 2026 • BOOKS ETC. in Macedon, NY, presents LaMAY & REESE and the THREE ONE FIVERS in an intimate concert, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.
77 WEST MAIN is partnering with BOOKS ETC in bringing "live" acoustic music to Macedon. NY, with a Sunday afternoon concert series.
Located across the street from 77 WEST MAIN, at 78 WEST MAIN, singers, songwriters, and folk musicians fill the back room with their songs and stories.
It's an intimate listening room with a small book store ambience. Store owner, JOHN CIESLINSKI, is an amiable host and truly loves presenting this series, and no concert escapes John singing one his favorite comedy songs "Seven Old Ladies Locked in the Lavatory".
LaMAY & REESE AND THE THREE ONE FIVERS are the kind of musicians who feel right at home on a front porch or under stage lights - where Americana, folk, and a touch of bluegrass all come together with a fresh, easygoing spirit.
At the heart of it all are Joe LaMay and Sherri Reese, a duo known for their close-knit harmonies and songs that sound like they’ve been lived in. Alongside them, Laurie Leenhouts brings the fiddle to life, while John Stevens lays down the low end on bass - seasoned players who give the music its backbone and lift.
