This project is gonna be good. One of my kids, Molly Dolan, was in several different punk bands during this era and she has pix & flyers. My friend Lisa & I went to one of her shows at the Varsity on a school night. Molly was the lead singer for Sexy Cannibal Poindexter and was up on the stage belting her heart out, wearing a men’s jacket covered with thousands of safety pins & etc. The crowd began chanting “Moll-ee!! Moll-ee! Lisa leaned over & said, “No wonder she doesn’t want to go to school!” I could write from a parent’s point of view & talk about one of my favs, the punk baby shower at my house....
