I found this video in the archives! Watch as I swatch through the Complete Edition (same colors in the Mini Complete Edition) and yap a bit.

A note to all the newcomers to Peerless Watercolors - this is the *original* Complete Edition set of 15 watercolors. The company was founded in 1885 and had a limited palette back then! We now have 80 colors here at Peerless Color Labs!

Most things at Peerless Color Labs are very scientific - precise measurements, preserved recipes from 1885... handmade but handled with extreme care 🖐️

Every once in a while we experiment with a recipe, make a tweak, flex our creativity...and the result is ...the most beautiful new mystery color! 💙

Now, we don't know if we will keep this mystery color around (we haven't even named it yet 😜) but we fell in love with the color and want to share it with all of you!

So we have decided to include a sheet in EVERY Peerless Watercolors order until this mystery batch runs out. You don't need to do anything special - just place an order, and we will include one for you! There are a limited number of sheets in this mystery batch, and I want to hear from those who try it if it should be kept in our permanent collection or not...I'm not going to promise it will be around after this batch is gone!

I'm also taking name suggestions...what does this blue remind you of? What will you paint with it? Oh, the possibilities!

Pov: you see someone painting with a portable, ultra vibrant watercolor palette...they're not juggling a big watercolor setup, it fits effortlessly into their bag, and their painting looks amazingggg! 🌈

Jackie has been hard at work at the Peerless Color Labs making paint in every color of the rainbow!!!

Each large sheet is hand painted (a wash of the color on one side and concentrated paint in the other). It's then cut down into the 2x6" full DryColor sheets that you can get on our website as individual sheets, Artist Editions, and in the Complete Edition booklet. They're cut down even further for the Sidekick, Artist Palette, custom palettes, etc!

I wonder how many paintings could be done with a large, uncut sheet!! 🧐 It would last you SO long!
