Alright let's talk recognition and our partners who helped us get to where we are and who is taking us to where we want to go.

First of all we would like to thank Rogette Koby and the Byline Bankk team as she has stuck by us for seven years trying to get us the financing we needed. With many starts and stops, starting with our stall during COVID attempting to buy the other rink and renovate it, to all the twists and turns this deal threw at us. We would not be here today without her persistence and dedication to helping us bring Madison a community need.

We'd like to thank and shout out our commercial broker TJ Blitz and his Cresa team for working tirelessly on this deal with the many contacts he had to work with. We first came across this property in March 2023, toured it in April 2023 and when we finally put in an offer in April 2025 wouldn't you know another one was submitted that was initially accepted. Two months later that fell through and TJ and his team were able to secure this for us and work hard the last year getting this to the finish line.

We would like to thank the City of Madison, Wisconsin Government as we needed their approvals on zoning and planning for this venture, Dane county airport for them approving our type of business for this location due to the proximity and Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway for her letter of support given to our lenders to help solidify the need for this project in this community.

Earlier this week our general contractor Supreme Structures and Engelhart Electric Inc. mobilized and has begun our renovations to create our vision for our roller skating rink and Sketchworks Architecture for helping create the design.

We are so grateful for all of these folks and the ones behind the scenes of each that had an impact in getting us here and bringing Madison a roller skating rink and family entertainment center is can be proud of.

We begin renovations on monday, however we have equipment to sell. Does anyone know a business or individual who needs high end powered cubicles?

We have about 40 cubicles, 6x6(36) and 6x9(2) and 6x8(2)

We need to sell these ASAP.
