The time for The House of Bits is coming to an end. We will be closing on March 31, 2025.

We opened the doors in March 2020, just to have the pandemic put a huge stall on everything. Since then, we’ve seen sugar kingdoms and horror cabins, beautiful q***r joy, pure creativity, and at times a community coming together to face hard challenges.

It’s no longer feasible for me to carry on with The House of Bits. I have poured myself into this business financially, physically, mentally, and emotionally for five years. 2024 brought me some major changes, and with those a renewed purpose to take care of myself, learn to set boundaries, and allow myself space and resources to grow.

To those who have bookings past March 31, we will reach out to you shortly to talk about refunds.

Thank you for the time we’ve spent in this silly, sparkly, little studio that could.

Now (mostly) every Thursday from 6pm-7pm, strut your stuff at Retro Tease with Jill Mercy.

Foundational burlesque movement taught to 70s, 80s, 90s music. No dance experience is required! Each month we will develop and refine one choreographed number over 4 weeks. Every class will begin from the very top, welcoming newcomers and building muscle memory for regulars.
