Celebrating all the church ladies of my youth. I fell in love with these ladies when I was a little girl watching the fashion show at every Sunday mass. I tried very hard not to stare but alas - I did. Flowered print dresses, fancy hats, and loads of accessories. I wrote some stories (in my head) about these ladies every Sunday. Amazing women that enriched this girl's life and inspired so much of my art. I bet you'll find a familiar memory when you view my cards.

We have the best anniversary cards. All from photos of friends and familiy
This card is John's grandmother and grandfather, canoeing on the Meramec River, when they were dating- early 1900's. (Sidebar: for Missouri pals - People have been floating on the Meramec River for generations. I searched the photo to see if they had anything like Boone's Farm floating in the water chilling.)

I loved this painting. I nailed the reflections which, in the end, aren’t tiny little sections of bigger paintings the parts you fall in love with? I become indifferent to all but a few square inches that really speak to me. In this case it’s the reflection of the rose and table in the brass container you can buy this as a card or a notecard in my shop. definitely see the full painting
