Check out these custom Beer & Mixed Drink Chips created for Pinetree Inn! We helped designed a custom commemorative chip celebrating the new owners and this exciting new chapter.

Each chip was precision engraved using our xTool F2 Ultra UV, delivering crisp, detailed results. To make sure they’ll stand up to everyday use behind the bar, every chip was finished with a clear coat of polyurethane for added durability and protection.

Today’s mission: knocking out some 250 Years of America Swagger one coaster at a time! 🇺🇸✨

The xTool F2 Ultra UV is hard at work creating custom slate coasters celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary (1776–2026). Crisp detail, clean engraving, and a design that honors 250 years of freedom and pride.

There’s something satisfying about watching a stack of blank coasters transform into keepsakes that will be enjoyed for years to come. Another day in the shop, another batch rolling off the laser! 🔥

⚙️✨ Dialing In the Perfect Tumbler Settings! ✨⚙️

Another day in the shop means more testing, tweaking, and learning! Today has been all about dialing in the settings on the xTool F2 Ultra UV to get the absolute best results on tumblers.

Every tumbler is a little different, and finding that sweet spot between power, speed, focus, and detail takes patience. Sometimes it means amazing first-pass results… and sometimes it means a few “well, that didn’t work!” moments. 😆 But that’s all part of the process!

I love pushing this machine to see what it’s capable of and creating settings that give crisp, clean engravings that customers will love. The time spent testing now means more consistent, high-quality products later.

Whether it’s stainless, powder-coated, full wraps, or custom designs, we’re getting one step closer to having these settings perfected! 🙌

Stay tuned for more tumbler creations coming out of the shop soon. And remember—behind every finished product is a whole lot of trial, error, and determination to make it the best it can be. ❤️

We’re excited to announce that sublimation printing will soon be available at Adirondack Laser Designs! 🎉

Once we have everything dialed in with our new printer, you’ll be able to order:

A little behind-the-scenes today at Adirondack Laser Designs! ✨

Taking a short break from customer orders for a couple of hours to restock some of the business essentials — like business cards and all the little things that keep everything running smoothly.

Owning a small business isn’t just making customer orders; there’s always work happening behind the scenes. Designing, restocking supplies, inventory, marketing, testing materials, and keeping everything ready for the next order that comes in.

Always working, even when it’s not a customer order. These things still have to get done too! ❤️
