🐢 Keep an eye out... you may spot Norman taking a stroll through AquaZoo! 👀✨

Our beloved Sulcata tortoise is one of the largest tortoise species in the world and can live for more than 70 years! 🌿🐢 Despite their size, Sulcatas are known for their gentle nature and curious personalities.

Norman loves exploring, and sometimes guests are lucky enough to see him out for a walk around the zoo. It's always a special sight when this gentle giant decides to make an appearance outside of his enclosure! 💚

At AquaZoo Summer Camp, learning gets hands-on in the best way possible!

Here's a look back at some of last year's campers helping give Norman, our sulcata tortoise, a shell scrub! Using water and toothbrushes, campers helped clean Norman while learning all about tortoise care, behavior, and what it takes to keep these amazing animals healthy and happy. 💚
