People see the decorations, the lights, the reveal, the excitement, and the smiles…
What they don’t always see are the weeks of planning, the late nights, the early mornings, the stress, the second-guessing, and the countless little details that go into trying to make one night feel magical.
Every decision was made with one goal in mind—to surprise my athletes and let them know just how loved, valued, and special they are. I wanted them to walk through those doors and feel something they’ll remember.
Owning my own gym has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, but it also comes with challenges, sacrifices, and responsibilities that most people never see. There are days that are exhausting, moments that feel overwhelming, and nights where I wonder if I’ve done enough.
But tonight, after everyone left, something hit me.
As I started cleaning up, I realized I had never enjoyed cleaning so much.
Not because I love cleaning… but because every balloon I took down, every table I wiped off, and every piece of confetti I swept up reminded me that this is my gym. This is the dream I prayed for, worked for, cried for, and refused to give up on.
The mess didn’t feel like work. It felt like gratitude.
I’m so incredibly thankful for every athlete, every parent, and every person who has supported Legacy. You have trusted me with your children, believed in this dream, and helped turn four walls into a home.
Thank you for allowing me to do what I love every single day. Thank you for believing in Legacy. Thank you for making nights like this possible.
My heart is so full, and I truly can’t wait to see what this season has in store. ❤️🤸🏼✨
