Today’s Employee shout out. Jon Mckinley. As far as employee shout outs go this is who has been my right hand since the track build started. He has literally lived at the track for months. I’m not sure I can list all he has worked on. He helped build bathroom partitions, has built the kitchen with me, has fixed toilets, changed door k***s, cleaned the kitchen every week, put every food order away, placed orders, took care of the house next door, hosted our friends, worked until opening day right next to me on 2 hours of sleep out of 72 hours. He has put bandaids on kids knees and broken up fights, handed out surprises to kids in the stands, he walks people to their cars and helps people up and down bleachers. He does employee and driver pay each race night while also helping keep the kitchen in order. Weedwacking fences and leaf blowing bleachers every week, maintaining and cutting the lawn at the track house, He helps Teddy with anything he asks and stays up through most nights working on something, and we hired him as a tow truck driver we even let him tow a car every now and then. He has not complained once. He just does the work and makes things happen.

Homeboy now has 14 grills, a tuned board and a goat named “George” someone threw in on a deal.
