Say hello to the newest members of Nace Reptile and Conservation Center! These Patagonian Cavy triplets were generously donated to us by last Tuesday. They are a little over a week old and are acclimating well, and growing like weeds! These special girls and boy will be part of our education program and serve as ambassadors for their species to teach guests about the importance of animal welfare and conservation.

Meet the original foxy family ! Dixie, our female silver fox, came to us from a surplus fur farm mama who was pregnant. The owners didn’t know that when took in Dixie’s mom, so the babies needed a home. Will drove all the way up the state to get her! Swiper, the red fox on the right, was an owner surrender from FWC. Loki, the cross fox, is their one and only baby! Foxes require large spaces, a very specialized diet including raw meat and enrichment to stay stimulated. Dixie and Swiper have been with us for three years, and Loki just turned two this past February!

Hello Everyone! Welcome to the official page for the Nace Reptile and Conservation Center! We are a family run registered 501(c)3 nonprofit facility located in Loxahatchee, Florida. We specialize in exotic animals and reptiles, and currently have over 100 residents who already call our facility home. With the support of our family, friends, and community, we will be able to provide a home for exotic animals who have been confiscated, surrendered and abandoned along with providing our community with a family friendly educational experience for all ages!
