Piercing – Relative Pain Levels & Sensations

The following describes RELATIVE intensity. Due to varying sensitivity levels and pain perception there are many exceptions and difference of opinion. Ultimately, everyone’s body is different and this is meant to be a general guideline.

• EASY: Earlobe, eyebrow, tongue, navel

• EASY TO MEDIUM: Bridge, bindi, nasal septum, antibrow,
most labrets, most surface piercing

• MEDIUM: All ear cartilage, nostril, medusa, tongue tip or sides

• MEDIUM TO INTENSE: Ni**le
