One of my favorite design series is my Tidal Pool Cuffs. The original designs have a wide variety of gemstones that flow through waves of sterling silver. I frame each stone in fine silver and choose their random placement throughout the design. Each cuff is complimented with strands of 22k gold which is hand coiled. The colors and combinations are endless and so are my designs which I've continued to create for over 20 years.

Equanimity comes through mindfulness. - https://mailchi.mp/b72bd29ed387/equanimity-comes-through-mindfulness
Humans are taking in more information and have more distractions than ever before. A peaceful and fulfilling life requires mindfulness to quiet the noise and listen to our authentic selves. When we practice mindfulness we can experience equanimity. Read the post for more and upcoming events.

I have added a collection of small artworks to my website. Some are on gallery wrapped canvases and other are unframed paintings on paper. They would make nice gifts or a little something to brighten up your space. If you see something you like, contact me through the web page.
