Please read on for an update on how to order your banner💛
First of all — THANK YOU. The amount of love and support for my banner business has honestly been incredible. I’m getting more and more inquiries every week, and while that is SO exciting, I’ve realized I need to update my ordering process a little bit so I can better manage my schedule and make sure I’m able to give every order the time and creativity it deserves. 🎨✨
Here’s the updated process for ordering a banner from Boots & Banners:
1️⃣ Send me a message on my business page, Boots & Banners, with:
• The date you need your banner IN HAND (not necessarily the date of your event)
• Whether your banner will need to be shipped (if you’re not local to Louisville, KY)
2️⃣ Before discussing design details, I’ll first confirm whether I’m able to accommodate your order within your timeframe.
Please note- I do charge a $15 Rush Fee for any orders accepted within 2 weeks from the date of your “Need in Hand Date”. The earlier you order, the better!
3️⃣ If I can take your order, I require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your spot on my calendar.
This deposit also covers your digital mockup(s). Each design takes time, creativity, and planning — especially when I’m creating multiple design options to help bring your vision to life!
4️⃣ Once your deposit is received, I’ll send over my JotForm order link. That’s where you’ll tell me all the fun details:
• Theme/inspo pics
• Colors
• Characters/logos
• Phrases/text
• Any other special requests
Once I have everything I need, I’ll create your mockup in a timely manner. 💕
One important thing to note:
I work on banners in order of NEED-BY DATE, not order date. So if you book far in advance, you may not hear from me again until a few weeks (or less) before your event. I promise I have not forgotten about you!
