We enjoyed another awesome week in Carlisle PA with our friends during Corvettes at Carlisle and the introduction of this new painting entitled "American Icon". We raised $5000 for the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation through the auctioning of the Master Proof. The new Limited Edition is available on premium 36" x 24" mounted canvas, and in three sizes of frameable lithograph prints. I just recently completed this commissioned piece for a client/ friend. To be honest it may have been the most challenging pieces I have produced in years but I enjoyed doing it. AND I am really pleased with the final product. I am always open to commissions and here is a thought. Instead of a Yellow C8 this could be your Mustang, Roadster, Motorcycle or Truck . Drop me a line , lets talk.

Thanks to the America 250 Celebration Grant, and our chapter Historian for her hard work and dedication, John Marshall Chapter will be donating this amazing resource to the historical societies in Jefferson County and the state for all to use as a reference. This information has never been compiled into one document! This was a huge project and a major accomplishment!

(We hope other counties may follow suit. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a state document that identifies the burials of all our Revolutionary War soldiers and patriots in Kentucky?)

We are so very pleased with how this project turned out. Copies may be available for purchase if there is enough interest. 😁

If there is anyone following this site that has not seen last year's painting " The Power Of Three" please check it out at studiodalepiper.com .
