Who wants to see another amazing Portland Festival in 2027? We need YOUR help to make it happen!

We know general community meetings aren't everyone's thing. Moving forward, we’re switching to smaller, committee-based teams so you can just focus on what you actually care about. Meetings aren't set in stone yet- once people sign up, we'll coordinate times that work for everyone, including virtual options.

Whether you’re a long-time neighbor wanting to protect Portland history, a student needing service hours/resume material, or a local pro looking to give back, there's plenty of work to go around. No experience is required!

Committees:
- Vendors: Source local crafters, artisans, and small businesses.
- Entertainment: Coordinate bands & stage management (no tech skills needed!).
- Parade: Bring in youth groups & run our iconic annual parade.
- Volunteers: Recruit service groups & coordinate festival shifts.
- Fundraising: Secure local sponsorships to keep the event 100% free.
- Building Restoration: Help restore our historic venue into a year-round community hub.
