How’s the fam?

Been studying my butt off & working still!
Should be taking the security+ exam within a month or so & then it’s time to find an entry level job somewhere!

Also down 40lbs & been in the gym 5-6x a week!

Y’all still gaming?! I dabble on marvel rivals from time to time. Just been super busy.

So I move back to Louisville in a week and I had to lock in and find some low calorie + high protein stuff to eat for a week.
A few things to share if anybody needs ideas. The bread is the best thing ever if you like sandwiches etc. and I almost always drink a protein shake with my meals.

Today I had a protein shake, a turkey/cheese sandwhich, protein chips & a banana & I cleared 72 grams of protein with only 650 calories. Simple lunch after the gym & im FULL.

Lock-in my dudes! Open to more ideas! I’m a lazy cooker etc so let me know :)

I’ve been really focusing on hitting the gym everyday, maximizing protein intake & staying in a calorie deficit!

Any of you on that fitness journey? I’ve been pretty motivated. Might even start sharing my ideas on here!

This will be the only time I ever post this on my page, but since a lot of you guys are gamers I figured I’d share.

I’ve been back at AT&T in the corporate office in Louisville. We sell fiber internet, which has been rated the best internet in America frequently.

So I’ve played a little bit of Blackout & my opinion is:

The game is actually good, but there needs to be a few adjustments. Ground loot is so hard to come by, especially if you are trying to recover after dying. Also, if you don’t got the level 2/3 armor & a level 3/4 gun, good luck!

Call of duty is hard to get back into after a long period of not playing! My muscle memory is gone & I’m lowkey trash. 😂

Super excited to play Blackout 2! Unfortunately I got to work until 9pm est, but I’m going to run some when I get home!

How are we feeling about it? I’m excited there’s no more loadouts. Took a long break from call of duty & I forgot how bad it sucked having to level up everything after working a full time job 😂.
