So I move back to Louisville in a week and I had to lock in and find some low calorie + high protein stuff to eat for a week.
A few things to share if anybody needs ideas. The bread is the best thing ever if you like sandwiches etc. and I almost always drink a protein shake with my meals.
Today I had a protein shake, a turkey/cheese sandwhich, protein chips & a banana & I cleared 72 grams of protein with only 650 calories. Simple lunch after the gym & im FULL.
Lock-in my dudes! Open to more ideas! I’m a lazy cooker etc so let me know :)
