Yesterday we talked about music, but more importantly, we talked about the craft of DJing.

The Wandering Treehouse reminded us that they see themselves as a third space—a place where people can simply exist, create, connect, and belong. That resonated deeply because that’s exactly what we strive to cultivate whenever Trillharmonics shows up.

A safe space.
A learning space.
A curious space.

We explored what people hear when they experience a great DJ set—but also everything they don’t see.

It’s more than music.
More than rhythm.
More than “good vibes.”

It’s selection.
It’s feel.
It’s timing.
It’s restraint.
It’s reading people.
It’s consideration.
It’s knowing when to speak and when to let the records do the talking.

The vibe doesn’t happen by accident.

The beautiful part of Turn The Tables is watching people move from simply listening to understanding. Seeing someone touch a turntable for the first time, ask questions, make mistakes, laugh, and discover that this is a craft anyone can begin to learn—that’s the magic.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this summer series, and thank you to The Wandering Treehouse for opening your doors and continuing to create space for community.

We’ll be back.

Until then, keep listening with intention.
