Congratulations, Autumn and family!
For the last three years, 9 full semesters and 3 summer sessions, Autumn and family have been attending Music Together classes at UoBeat Louisville each and every week.
It’s been such an honor to watch her grow into the music - maker she is today! I remember her first little bounces during our free dances, her smile and enjoyment of the songbooks and each new collection of songs, and then her ideas for animals to move like and, of course, an occasional Elsa too!
Mama says, “I am so glad a friend of mine told me about Music Together with UpBeat. I started taking Autumn when she was 15 months old. We both instantly fell in love with the classes. It is a great time to bond with your child and just have fun through music and play. I will always remember the first song she sang out loud - Two Little Blackbirds - while we were listening to the music on the way home from class. The music saved us on long road trips and I was surprised by how much I enjoy listening to the songs too. It was so neat to see Autumn grow up in class and how her participation, singing and dancing evolved, and that I got to be part of it. Now she is a “big kid” and is excited to continue on in Rhythm Kids!”
What an incredible gift to immerse her childhood with playfulness, creativity, music and self-expression! Here’s to more years of music-making! I’m honored to see your continued growth in Rhythm Kids AND to continue making music with your new baby sister too! 💖🎶
