It's not just what you do, what you say, what you've achieved, the number of friends you have, your love life, your financial status, your looks, or your age...it's you, the whole you, the sum total that comes together to make you; the good, the bad, the in-between. All of that comes together to make someone uniquely special. Rejoice in the uniqueness; celebrate it.

Good morning, wonderful people. We've had some remarkable rehearsals for Muse 3, moments of discovery that have really elevated the text and the relationship between Jeremy and Muse. It reminds me of life's roller coaster and how one moment we're filled with joy and the next with sadness. To me, that's the normal and natural rhythm of life. The goal (again, for me) is to ensure that the highs are not too high and the lows are not too low. What are your thoughts?

When you wake this morning, allow yourself to be proud of who you are. No matter what your reflection says in the mirror, you are beautiful, strong, and loved. That doubt in your head is just noise that you can filter out by believing in yourself.
