Originally from Upstate New York, Jennifer Halliday attended RIT Scool of Art and Design from 1998-2001 and has been working as a Freelance Artist ever since. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband and two daughters. Jennifer sells her work by custom order and at local art festivals.
