I’m gonna display some very deep feelings on this one. Mental health is something I’m very vocal about and passionate about. It’s not always easy speaking our dark thoughts out loud but I have a plan for this one. I’m going to be vulnerable on this just to see others take a stance on this and hopefully help themselves as well. My darkness stems from many things in my past from not only what others have done but what I’ve done to myself. I built walls up because I wanted to see who would climb those for me, not who to keep out. I’ve always searched for that feeling of being wanted or truly loved. For many years of my life I thought it didn’t exist. I took it upon myself to find that love for myself. I started in a mirror 4 years ago waking up daily telling myself one thing I was proud of myself for. Those affirmations hold more weight than you believe. Most men will never speak on their mental health because of the worlds Stigma. I’m here to tell you right now YOU MATTER! talk about it and never be afraid, if someone judges you or treat you different you know that person doesn’t have a place at your table. I wanna see you write one comment down in my comment section of why you were proud of yourself or a struggle that you have never told anyone. Because I wanna be the guy that has your back. I love you all. Let’s do better because tommorow matters to me and I hope it will for you as well.

My first stop in Mount Vernon was probably one of my most requested. Mazzas Mazza’s is a long-standing, family-owned Italian restaurant located in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Established in 1939, it is one of the oldest and most well-known dining establishments in the area, offering classic Italian-American comfort food, Neapolitan-style pizza, and a full bar. I found real Cuban cuisine in Ohio! Cubano king is an authentic Cuban restaurant located in Elyria, Ohio, widely celebrated by locals as having some of the best Cuban food in the state. The vibrant spot offers homemade, made-from-scratch Caribbean and Spanish dishes. Their Cuban sandwiches are Pressed Tampa-style sandwiches packed with slow-roasted pork. the empanadas changed my life!
