I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience because I feel like we often see a lot of negative posts about signing services, and I believe it is just as important to recognize the companies that provide a good experience.
A few weeks ago accepted a signing through Notary Tribes. Shortly after accepting the order, I received a call from David Aguilar to introduce himself since they had not worked with me before.
I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of that call. He took the time to explain the signing I had accepted and let me know that I could contact them if I had any questions or needed assistance.
As a notary, I really appreciate when a signing service takes the time to build a relationship with notaries instead of simply sending an order. That personal communication makes a difference.
The payment offered for the assignment was also fair, which is always appreciated.
I just wanted to share this positive experience and say thank you to signing services that recognize and value the notaries who complete their assignments. We all benefit from building professional relationships based on good communication, fairness, and mutual respect.
I will definitely be happy to accept more assignments from them if I come across future opportunities.
