Grateful to share that we’ve officially announced The Oscar Micheaux Institute.

Building the Micheaux Film Festival showed me something clearly. Talent is everywhere, but access is not.

This Institute is being built to help close that gap by focusing on talent, knowledge, and access, creating real pathways into film, television, and media.

This is early, but it is intentional. And it is rooted in the legacy of Oscar Micheaux, who built his own path when none existed.

Appreciate everyone who has supported the journey. This is the next step forward.
