Creating a bright, swirled dessert that looks like spring on a plate is easier than you’d think 🌈
This creamy cheesecake filling melts together with pops of pastel color, and every slice reveals a beautiful tie-dye pattern that’s almost too pretty to eat ✨
For the crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the cheesecake filling:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Neon food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, purple)
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined and slightly damp.
Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form an even crust, then let it set and cool completely.
Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Divide the filling into separate bowls and tint each one with a different neon color until vibrant.
Spoon alternating dollops of each color into the crust, layering them randomly for a fun effect.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl through the filling, creating a tie-dye pattern without blending the colors too much.
Place the pie in the fridge and let it chill until firm and sliceable.

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp
This slow cooker apple crisp is one of those cozy desserts that fills your house with the smell of warm cinnamon apples. The apples become soft and syrupy while the buttery crisp topping cooks right on top. It’s incredibly easy to throw together and perfect for fall evenings or family gatherings.
Ingredients
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter, melted
Optional for serving
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Tools You’ll Need
Slow cooker (4–6 quart works best)
Mixing bowl
Knife and cutting board
Measuring cups and spoons
Spoon or spatula
Step 1: Prepare the Apples
Peel, core, and slice the apples.
Place them directly into the slow cooker.
Step 2: Season the Apples
Add the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice to the apples.
Stir gently until the apples are evenly coated.
Step 3: Make the Crisp Topping
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, and melted butter.
Mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
Step 4: Add the Topping
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the apples in the slow cooker.
Step 5: Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours, until the apples are soft and the topping is set.
Step 6: Let It Rest
Turn off the slow cooker and allow the crisp to sit uncovered for about 10 minutes so it thickens slightly.
Step 7: Serve
Spoon the warm apple crisp into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra special treat.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm before serving.

Strawberry Shortcake Cups
Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 prepared pound cake (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whole strawberries for topping
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
6 to 8 clear dessert cups
Instructions
Start by placing the sliced strawberries into a bowl and sprinkling the granulated sugar over them.
Stir gently until the strawberries are coated in sugar.
Let the bowl sit on the counter for about 20 minutes so the berries release their juices and become syrupy.
While the strawberries rest, cut the pound cake into small bite-sized cubes.
In a mixing bowl pour in the heavy whipping cream.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Using a hand mixer beat the cream until soft fluffy peaks form.
Set the whipped cream in the refrigerator while you assemble the cups.
Place a small layer of pound cake cubes in the bottom of each dessert cup.
Spoon a layer of the sweet strawberries along with a little of their red syrup over the cake.
Add a generous spoonful of whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
Repeat the layers again with more cake cubes and more strawberries.
Finish each cup with a big fluffy swirl of whipped cream on top.
Place one whole strawberry with the green stem right on top of the whipped cream.
If you like, add a small fresh mint leaf for a pretty finishing touch.
Chill the cups in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving so the cake soaks up the sweet strawberry juices.
Mom Tip
If you are making these for a party or family gathering, you can assemble them a couple hours ahead and keep them in the fridge. The cake soaks up the strawberry syrup and gets even more delicious, just like a classic homemade shortcake.

Graduation Cap Brownie Bites
These little brownie bites are such a fun dessert for graduation parties. They look just like tiny graduation caps but are actually very easy to put together. With soft brownie bites, peanut butter cups, and chocolate squares on top, they’re rich, sweet, and always a hit on the dessert table.
Ingredients
1 container two-bite brownie muffins
1 bag dark chocolate squares (such as Ghirardelli)
1 bag mini peanut butter cups
Yellow decorator icing
Yellow candy pearls or small round sprinkles
A small amount of melted chocolate (for attaching pieces)
Directions
Start by placing the brownie bites on a tray or plate.
Unwrap the mini peanut butter cups and place them upside down so the wider side sits on top of the brownie. Add a small dab of melted chocolate to the bottom of each peanut butter cup to help it stick to the brownie bite.
Next, place a small dab of melted chocolate on the top of each peanut butter cup and gently press a chocolate square on top. This creates the flat “cap” part of the graduation hat.
Let the chocolate sit for a few minutes so everything sticks together firmly.
Using the yellow decorator icing, pipe a small dot in the center of each chocolate square. Place a yellow candy pearl on the icing to form the top button of the cap.
Then pipe a thin line of icing from the center toward the edge of the square to create the tassel.
Allow the icing to set slightly before serving. Arrange them on a tray and they’ll look just like little graduation caps, perfect for celebrating the big day.
