Brand X Music Brand X Music is a boutique music catalogue that launched in early 2002. Our Volume One: Compilation consisted of only 25 custom, scored to picture cues.

Brand X Music is a composer-owned music library, celebrating over 20 years of custom music for television, film, gaming promos, as well as commercial advertising, and in-program/digital content placements! Though our humble beginning was low in quantity, it was high in quality. Editors and supervisors around the world agreed. Today, the Brand X Catalogue consists of over 1,000 cues, and has become

one of the most popular libraries in Film and TV Advertising. Brand X’s clients run the gamut of the entertainment industry; from film studios and television networks to video game developers and webisodic producers. We strive to be at the forefront, creating unique music to fit the ever-sophisticated needs of our creative clients. Brand X is widely regarded as the premiere music library for motion picture and entertainment advertising. Launched in 2002, Brand X was among the first music libraries specifically designed for the unique needs of movie trailers, television promos and video game trailers. The earliest Brand X pieces were all custom scores for specific movie campaigns, but as time went on, the music became its own project, the tracks their own stories, and the volumes their own art form. We are known for our high-impact compositions and high-end productions that capture the emotive cinematic sound that brings motion pictures to life. Brand X was and still is a composer owned company, and we strive each and every day to make the best music we possibly can. 🚨 Composer Competition Announcement! 🚨

Brand X Music is thrilled to launch a brand-new composer competition in collaboration with Fallout Music Group!

We’re looking for fun, snappy, clappy, modern promo tracks featuring Fallout’s new Promo Horns instrument and sound pack — and your music could land on an upcoming Brand X Music album release.

Rules are simple:
1️⃣ Must be completely original, unreleased, and 100% AI-free
2️⃣ Length must be 1:30–2:00
3️⃣ Written specifically for modern promo use with plenty of hype, cool starts and stops, great energy, and some signature sounds
4️⃣ Must feature Fallout’s Promo Horns instrument & sound pack
5️⃣ Must be submitted by midnight (MST) on March 5, 2026

We’ll select up to 3 winning tracks to feature on an upcoming Brand X Music album.
