Big step forward for Outer Method™/ArcEngine™ and RabbitHole ARC.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve moved into a stronger AWS-aligned validation phase with support paths involving Presidio and Tropoleap.
The focus is clear:
How do we help companies turn complex ideas into proof-of-value assets before they overbuild full platforms?
That is what ArcEngine™ is being built to do.
ArcEngine combines interactive narrative, AI-hosted workflows, browser-first experiences, cloud architecture, and structured pilot validation to help teams clarify:
the buyer
the use case
the proof metric
the architecture path
the demo experience
the next implementation step
With Presidio, we are moving through an AWS-funded application modernization and architecture review path focused on hardening, readiness, and roadmap clarity.
With Tropoleap, we are advancing AWS-aligned pilot and funding pathways connected to proof-of-value work for emerging product opportunities.
I also recently attended Amazon Web Services (AWS) events focused on GenAI, agentic AI, Bedrock, Kiro, data infrastructure, and moving from POC to production. Those conversations sharpened the direction even more:
The future is not just building demos.
It is building proof systems that are structured enough to be reviewed, funded, deployed, and scaled.
That is the lane Outer Method and ArcEngine are moving into now.
More soon.
