Felt so much love around Bandwidth and my birthday. Thank y’all SO much for listening! 🫠 after a hectic couple weeks, I spent this last week in the forest reconnecting to what’s important to me and stretched the hell out of my emotion bandwidth and it felt so fitting.

You’re welcome to borrow my age old tradition and go stream it to death till you’re so sick of it you can’t listen to it for a year and then a year later it’ll come on and be like oh s**t I loved this song!! And then you’ll listen to it for like a week until you’ve killed it again, so on and so forth in perpetuity….!! Cool, well love you all and deeply appreciate all your support and kind words! 🫠 feeling so much love from my beautiful community. I’m gonna go spend the rest of my birthday in the woods so I’ll check back in tomorrow. 🙃 but waking up to all these plays makes my heart so damn full. 🫶 I see you repeat queens and kings out there and I LOVE YA 😂👀

BANDWIDTH OUT TOMORROW! 🥲 (tonight at 12a EST) This song isn’t the most characteristic song of my (future) catalogue, but it felt fitting to drop it on my 30th birthday. It’s a cathartic exploration of self doubt and self love, entering a new chapter of life while trying to re-connect to my inner child. The last couple years have been really difficult and largely characterized by doubt, dissociation and anxiety. This song is part of my journey towards cultivating deeper emotional bandwidth and joy. It would mean the world to me if you bump it tomorrow as I enter a new decade of life! 🫠 (It’s also not too late to pre-save it in my bio!)
