Method

For Paneer

* 250 g paneer cubes
* 1 small capsicum cubes
* 1 onion cubes

For Marinade

* 1/2 cup thick curd / hung curd
* 3 tbsp fresh cream
* 2 tbsp grated cheese
* 1 tbsp cashew paste
* 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
* 1 tsp green chilli paste
* 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 1 tbsp butter
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

1. In a bowl add hung curd, cream, cheese, cashew paste and butter.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, pepper powders, cardamom powder, cornflour and salt.
3. Mix into a smooth creamy marinade.
4. Add paneer, onion and capsicum cubes.
5. Coat gently and marinate for at least 1 hour.
6. Arrange on skewers.
7. Grill in oven at 220°C for 12–15 minutes or roast on tawa with butter.
8. Brush with melted butter while cooking.
