1. Crispy Honey Chicken
Ingredients
For Chicken
* 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* ½ tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp chili powder
* ½ tsp coriander powder
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
* Salt to taste
* Black pepper to taste
* 2 tbsp buttermilk
* Oil for frying
For Sauce
* ¼ cup soy sauce
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* ¼ cup water
Method
1. Mix flour, cumin, chili powder, coriander, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dip chicken in buttermilk and coat with seasoned flour.
3. Fry until golden and crispy.
4. In a pan, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, and red pepper flakes.
5. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thick.
6. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
7. Serve hot with sesame seeds and green onions.

2. General Tso Chicken
Ingredients
For Chicken
* 500 g chicken breast cubes
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 egg
* ¼ cup buttermilk
* 1 tsp paprika
* Salt and black pepper
* Oil for frying
For Sauce
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* ¼ cup light soy sauce
* 2 tbsp rice vinegar or mirin
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 2 tbsp light brown sugar
* 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
* 1 tsp sriracha
* ¼ cup water
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
* Sesame seeds
* Green onions
Method
1. Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Dip chicken in egg and buttermilk mixture, then coat with flour.
3. Fry until crispy and golden.
4. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and ginger.
5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugars, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and water.
6. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
7. Toss fried chicken in sauce.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

3. Bourbon Chicken
Ingredients
* 500 g chicken breasts, cubed
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ¼ cup apple juice
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* ¼ cup soy sauce
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* ½ tsp ground ginger
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Method
1. Toss chicken with cornstarch and onion powder.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned.
3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add apple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
5. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until sauce thickens.
6. Coat chicken well in the sauce.
7. Serve with rice or noodles.

4. Honey Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
* 500 g boneless skinless chicken thighs
* Salt and black pepper
* 2 tbsp cornstarch
* ¼ cup honey
* ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* 1 tbsp canola oil
Optional Garnish
* Sesame seeds
* Chopped green onions
Method
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Coat lightly with cornstarch.
3. Heat canola oil and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
5. Pour sauce into the pan and cook until sticky and glossy.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
