I had the honor of being at the “Celebration of Life” last night for a young man who truly celebrated life. The sunset was glorious, and everyone paused to take it in. It was a fitting goodbye to a person whom everyone described as a light in their life and someone who inspired us all to be fully present, embrace the possibility of each day, and not take anything for granted. Sandy had a truly childlike spirit combined with a wisdom and determination to constantly expand and challenge himself to grow beyond what came easily to him. I am deeply grateful to have known him and to have been able to work with him over the years. He was a valued member of our group and the joy and passion he shared with us will be deeply missed. ❤️

Most comprehensive, honest, informed, and UNBIASED article I've read. I encourage everyone to take a look. Wishing everyone a healthy passage through this time in our lives.

Why we can't completely lockdown but we also can't completely open back up. And also why being outside is one of the best things to do right now.

What are you waiting for?

I am no longer waiting for a special occasion; I burn the best candles on ordinary days.
