Finally getting around to posting my Conscious Life Expo 2026 wrap-up. This was definitely the best and most intense one yet. Made so many new friends and got to mingle with some truly brilliant minds.

It was an honor to go the season 2 premiere. As y’all know I was a contestant in season 1. What a fun evening saying hi to everyone on the crew at and meeting the new cast. Season 2 is freakin’ awesome and they aren’t paying me to saying this I promise 💁🏻‍♂️. It’s bigger badder, and meaner 😂. They took some of the precarious situations we stumbled into in season 1 - and built it into the show even more this time. And it’s hella funny ✌️😅

Don’t be jealous of the cast- these people are warriors 😆 It was great meeting you all and trading war stories.

8/8 “Lions Gate” portal ceremony. What an epic night.

It’s really something to go in a room one evening with mostly strangers, and come out the next morning feeling soul-connected.

We talked, we laughed, we chanted for hours. We moved medicine around. Most importantly - we just ‘Be’d’ together.

I’m lucky to have been a part of a few of these ‘soul melts’ as I like to call them. Without being grandiose - I really think they point towards what the New Earth will look like.

The exact timeline is debatable - but we all feel the hyper abundant future just over the horizon. The ‘Golden Age’ the ‘4d’ shift - it goes by many names. Everytime I’m a part of one of these - I can’t help but think this is ‘it’.

Humans of all races, genders, orientations, laughing singing, moving energy around and through each other. ‘I am your mirror and you are my mirror’ etc, etc.

The point of these is not to drop the ego per se- but to practice your presence in the way you show up for others.

Stuck energy getting felt and alchemized by group. Likewise your own gifts and presence being recieved and reflected back to you.

At one point the ceremony leader made us all sing for the group. Whether we liked it or not :)

I can imagine a future where that is the ‘point’ rather than the side dish. (This is why I love dolphins 🐬. They eat, they sing, they play together. They get it. 💁🏻‍♂️😂)

Of course there were deep personal revelations that came up over the course of the evening. Maybe ill share those another time.
