Girl Dad duties. 🥹❤️

Made baby girl a promise that she could get her ears pierced before 4th grade…so today we made it happen. 💎

And somehow she convinced Daddy to come out of a 10+ year earring retirement and get mine re-pierced too. 😂🤦🏾‍♂️

Tomorrow she starts 4th grade… tonight we’re both outside with fresh ears. 😂❤️

My girl is growing up way too fast. 🥹

Operation: Surprise Mom ✅✈️🇰🇳

Somehow I managed to pull it off without her finding out…and trust me, that’s no small accomplishment. 🫣😂

I came home to celebrate my mom’s 76th birthday, but the real gift has been spending the day together making our rounds, liming with family, catching up with lifelong friends, sharing plenty of laughs, and hearing stories that somehow get more exaggerated every year. 🤣

This trip is also a bittersweet one, as we’re here to say goodbye to my Uncle Charles. It has been a reminder that while life keeps moving, family is what grounds us. The celebrations mean a little more, the hugs last a little longer, and simply being together becomes something you never take for granted.

So here’s to my incredible Mommy, 76 years of strength, love, and somehow still keeping all of us in line. ❤️😂

Happy early Birthday, Mom. I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else this weekend.
