My newest piece in my dancer/faith series. 💗

I painted this one to capture the feeling of freedom and joy in His presence—of letting go, surrendering, and simply being free to move.

Gila is a Hebrew word associated with joy and rejoicing. I first thought of naming this beauty 'freedom', 'His Kingdom' or 'Rejoyce'. But Gila suits her better 💖

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17 ❤️

I’m getting really close to a title for this one! I’m thinking something like In His Kingdom, His Kingdom, Your Freedom, or Freedom in the Spirit.

What do you all think? 👀 I’m definitely open to ideas!

I worked more on her skin today and redid one of her hands... AGAIN. 😂 The other hand will probably end up partly hidden in a cloud anyway. Because apparently hands just have to be difficult. 🤣

I also started developing the clouds today, and I’m really loving where this is going!

Tomorrow is going to be a FULL day of painting, and I’m hoping to be pretty close to finished by the end of it! 😍🎨

The Holy Spirit keeps filling me with inspiration, and who am I to decline Him? 😂❤️

I didn’t have much time to paint today, but somehow I still managed to squeeze in 3 hours! 😂 Mainly working on her skin today. Oh yeah, and I repositioned one of her arms completely 😅

Apparently “I don’t have much time to paint” means “I’ll just paint for 3 hours.” 🤣

I’m loving every minute of it! ❤️🎨

My husband is making videos here and there, so we might have some reels or a video to share at some point. 😊

Still a long way from finished, but I’m making good progress!

This one has been so much fun to work on. I started with an idea, but like most of my paintings, it’s slowly becoming its own thing as I go. I never really know exactly where it’s going to take me. 🥰

All the soft pinks, blues and little bits of warmth are making me very happy right now. 💕💙

Oh, what an amazing time I spent creating this piece. I let the Holy Spirit guide me on this journey.

Every layer became a reminder that God can bring beauty from ashes, hope from despair, and light into our darkest places.

This painting is an invitation to lift our eyes, trust His presence, and remember that His grace is always at work—even when we cannot yet see the finished masterpiece.
