Rachel’s thesis is focused on exposing and presenting the symptoms of schizophrenia through the medium of dance, with a desire to educate and deter the stereotypes currently held towards schizophrenia as well as other mental illnesses associated with psychosis. New post!! I turned 21 this past Wednesday, and not only did I have a great time with family and friends, but I also went into a sensory deprivation tank for the first time!

November 8th was my 21st birthday, and while that was my specific birthday, my whole week has been full of adventures! : )
