Come join us for our first 2026 post-apoc zombie LARP where you play survivors in a Long Beach warehouse “on the docks” as zombies crash the party. We use realistic-looking contact-safe foam weapons and Nerf guns to replicate combat with a ‘lightest touch’ means of acknowledging losing Body (or Hit Points, like in every other limited life/health game.) Don’t worry, you’ve got 3 “lives”!
New to gaming, LARPing, or post-apoc events like Wasteland Weekend? Just ask yourself what you think you’d dress like or think as yourself 400+ years in the zombie post-apocalypse and keep it simple! Or even your favorite movie, comic book, or anime character! (Distressed clothing and no bright colors preferred.) Don’t worry, Long Beach and Los Angeles are probably exactly the same!
Don’t wanna play a character yet? Play a zombie! Survivors need to remember why life is precious so enjoy trying to swipe at and eat your friends!
Our Dystopia Rising: Los Angeles events are 21(+) due to liability and we don’t allow drugs, alcohol, or intoxication. We also don’t allow real weapons. BUT we do provide scare actors, 4th Horseman pizza, and free photo opportunities to make it up!
