Have you ever started a painting,leave for a bit, and then didn't want to finish it when you came home? That was me this morning- I have something else I want to do!! But- this was on the drawing board (literally), so I figured I would give it some time. Certainly could do a lot more, but I'm happy with it! I call it "Snacks". I'm off to get one now!!

Well, worked on a project yesterday for most of the day with new Rembrandt pastels and soft pastels only... No pencils or pans, which are my go to. I
The best I can say is it was a good learning experience 😁. Some parts came out really nice (finally), others,not so much...But, it's all good, and all part of the process! The weekend is starting early- will just be sketching😎
