Living Wilde Chainsaw Carving Jessie Wilde: Wife, Mama of 8, Artist My name is Jessie Wilde and I am a second generation chainsaw artist.

I grew up in the beautiful mountains of NW Montana where I learned the ins and outs of carving from my father, a master chainsaw artist, and now live with my husband and 8 children (yes, 8!) in rural Henry County, Georgia. For me, the magic in carving is looking at each piece of wood and discovering the bear (or other character) hidden within. It’s a thrill that truly never gets old and I feel privileged to to do the work I do.
