Due to my ongoing stroke recovery, I regret to announce I will not be painting the Snowmen on State this year. The physical strain & cold conditions are too much for me at this point in my recovery. I thank the City of Lockport, Illinois, Government as always for their support. Im really disappointed, but I have to put my health first. I wish all a happy holiday season.
