Check my math…This last year being an artist/creative director has been 20% meetings 30% making art 30% paperwork and 400% proposals. Most of which don’t see the light of day. Heres one I made for a layered glass sculpture. I’m working to move the project outdoors. Not sure where the first one is gonna go ore what I’m painting inside it but Im dead set on making it and its going somewhere.
Here are some still shots of this Live edge layered glass piece.
Somehow I got distracted and never posted this. This was my major artistic contribution to the mural fest in Livermore this year. I designed the mural, and coordinated a group of awesome community artists to help paint each of the sections. The mural represents a timeline through history and cultures. Each section is based on a specific heritage and had a different lead artist. I painted the main subject and helped a little bit with everything else. Go check it out in Livermore! On Railroad Ave.
Here are some great shots of my project for the new offices. I had fun collaborating with their team to come up with something elegant and edgy at the same time. I’ll also be installing a custom layered glass piece in the lobby so stay tuned for that!

I haven’t done a very good job of posting nice final photos of my work on here. But I’ll be doing more of that.

I want to share some of what I’ve been working on this past month. Alongside my personal art I run and creative direct . This month I was living my dream! I had projects happening in Oakland, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Fransisco all at once but to be honest, I spent most of last month stressed and frustrated because things rarely go how you envision them. Now I’m doing a regroup, doing my best to slow down the moving parts. Im taking a minute to realize what a success it was, In August we were able to pay 20+ creatives, produce 10+ installations, and raise thousands of dollars for a new project at . I think thats awesome, and I’m proud of that. Thank you to all the artists, organizers, clients, sponsors, partners etc.. Im proud of everyone who came together and excited for the stuff coming up! Slide to check out some of last months finished projects ◡̈
I found a new temporary home for a few available pieces at
I finished up this commission of some music legends for . It felt good to do something so free flowing snd not on layers of glass! Im pumped to see these installed.
Last day to check out my show

This commissioned piece is a tribute to the owners family and experience during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. This all happened before I existed so I spent lots of time researching the history. Pretty wild how quickly your life can get shaken up.
The shape of the canvases, framed in cement, emulate the broken pillars from the caved aqua-duct.
The three images, painted on-top of newspaper collage are of a burnt down building the family owned, the crashed bridge, and an iconic image of a car smashed in the collapse.
Background Images of newspaper clippings from the 1989 world series are visible through the painting.
Im proud of this piece, it was a total challenge putting these shaped canvases together and i’m happy to see it up.
