Good morning! Fresh out of the kitchen... and these are BIGGER than the last batch! 😍

🍮 Mini Flans are now available!

These are made with a larger, richer custard, topped with fresh whipped cream and caramel. Because they're quite a bit bigger than my first batch, the price is now **$10 each**—and I truly think they're worth every bite.

Well, today got away from me, and I didn't get everything restocked like I had hoped. Tomorrow is another day, and I'll be back in the kitchen making more goodies! 💜

Here's what's left in the mini fridge tonight:

Banana Pudding Chessmen Sandwiches 💜

The second picture is the inspiration I was shown, and the first picture is how mine turned out.

Mine are made with two buttery Chessmen cookies stuffed with about 30 g of thick banana pudding cheesecake filling with crushed Chessmen mixed right into the filling, then half-dipped in Ghirardelli white chocolate and finished with a white chocolate drizzle and more cookie crumbs on top.

And if anyone is wondering about the price, these little things are NOT cheap to make 😂 Chessmen are $5.99 a bag and Ghirardelli white chocolate is $7.99 a bag, plus Philadelphia cream cheese, heavy cream, condensed milk, pudding mixes, and packaging.

They may look simple, but there’s a whole lot packed into them. 💜
