No Two Are Alike. Every animal has completely unique horn twists, sizes, and vivid coat patterns . . . surprising gentle giants, their horns can reach 10 feet from tip to tip. The Texas Longhorn breed descended from Spanish cattle brought over by Christopher Columbus and early conquistadors in the late 1400s and early 1500s. Left to roam and adapt to the harsh, unforgiving landscapes of North America. In the 1820s and 1830s, Anglo-American settlers brought their own English cattle into Texas. The breeding of these English cattle with the feral Spanish stock created the recognizable hybrid we know today as the Texas Longhorn.

Throughout history, steeples and spires have served as elaborate architectural metaphors, symbols pointing to the heavens and to an aspiration toward higher ideals. They are a reminder that it is never about who is right but about discerning what is right.

The Anderbock Brew ghost sign is a faded, vintage brick-wall advertisement on the side of a historic building on West Davila Street in downtown Granger, Texas. It’s a visual relic of Central Texas's early 20th-century brewing and mercantile history. Granger was the filming location for the 2003 remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and the 2010 remake of True Grit, as well as an episode of the NBC drama Revolution.

A few miles north is Bartlett, Texas, where Evie Street is a focal point of the town’s historic, largely abandoned downtown district, which is characterized by early 20th-century, 2-story brick commercial buildings. The area is known for its "haunting beauty”. Bartlett was the site of scenes and films such as Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Stars Fell on Henrietta, and The Dalton Boys, as well as the NBC television drama Revolution.
