Kentucky Card Show

10/09/2026

Hello Everyone,

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Kentucky Card Fest, originally scheduled for October 23 through October 25, 2026, at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky.

We understand that many of you were looking forward to this event, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. We truly appreciate the excitement and support surrounding this show.

Vendor Table Refunds

For vendors who purchased tables for the October Covington event, we are currently working through the refund process.

We are in the process of initiating the necessary transfers and ACH transactions to fund these refunds through our payment processor.

We anticipate that refunds will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process and reflect in your accounts as the necessary funds become available and transactions are completed.

Once your refund has been initiated, you should receive an email notification confirming the transaction. We encourage you to monitor your email for additional updates.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process.

Our Upcoming Lexington Card Shows

While our October Covington event has been canceled, we want to remind everyone that we still have two Kentucky Card Show events scheduled at the Oleika Shriners Temple in Lexington, Kentucky.

Sunday, November 1, 2026

Sunday, December 6, 2026

Both events are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and admission is FREE for attendees!

Vendor tables are currently available for booking for both events. If you were planning to attend or participate in our Covington event, we would love to welcome you to one of our upcoming Lexington shows.

A Personal Thank You

To everyone who has attended our events, booked vendor tables, shared our announcements, or supported Kentucky Card Show in any capacity, thank you.

We recognize that the success of these events depends entirely on the vendors, collectors, families, and local communities who show up and support them.

Although we're disappointed that we won't be moving forward with Kentucky Card Fest in Covington this October, we're incredibly grateful for the community we've built and the relationships we've made along the way.

Our goal has always been to bring collectors, vendors, and enthusiasts together to enjoy the hobby we all love.

Thank you again for your continued patience, understanding, and support.

For questions regarding vendor refunds or upcoming events, please contact us at [email protected].

We look forward to seeing everyone in Lexington on November 1 and December 6!

I absolutely love getting messages like this.

This came from a local vendor who set up at the Kentucky Card Show yesterday.

Before anyone says it’s fake, I’ll let the person who sent it decide if they want to out themselves in the comments.

“Hey man. Your show was absolutely insane in the best possible way. I did $9,600 in sales and was able to add some grails to my collection as well. I think I did deals with over 175 different people.”

That’s what it’s all about.

I know there’s been plenty of talk, criticism, and opinions floating around about our show lately. That’s fine. People are always going to have something to say.

What matters to me is the experience we’re creating for vendors and attendees.

When you bring in thousands of people, create real traffic, run a professional event, and give vendors opportunities to make money, people don’t mind paying for quality.

Think about it this way…

Imagine selling $9,600 worth of inventory on eBay.

By the time you pay platform fees, promoted listings, payment processing, shipping supplies, returns, and everything else that comes with it, you’re easily looking at well over $1,200 in expenses.

Now compare that to spending around $100 for a table and selling face to face all day.

That’s why I’ve never understood the obsession some people have with table prices. If a show is empty, any table price is too much. If a show is packed, the table price becomes one of the cheapest business expenses you’ll ever have.

At the end of the day, the goal isn’t to have the cheapest show.

The goal is to have the best show.

And based on messages like this, I think we’re heading in the right direction.
