The Piedmont Boys Bluegrass Band extended their visit to Happy Valley with a spirit filled stopover at The Chapel of Rest for a test of the acoustics inside. Take a listen and you'll agree their is something special going on in there. Plan to stop in during next year's Jamboree. It's about 5 miles west on 268 and if the driveway gate is open, the public is invited to stop in and view this historic place (on the national registery.)

Are you wishing it was Labor Day Friday instead of Monday so we all could gather in the valley and do it all again? Thank you to all who came and enjoyed the 3rd annual Jamboree. Come back and see us next year for Labor Day Weekend.

Head on out to the Jamboree! We have lots of Tshirts and stickers left. We also have some great music all day and you can sign up and enter our competition tonight at 6. First prize is $150!

For decades, people have gathered in Happy Valley to play music together.

The old Fiddlers Convention became the Happy Valley Jamboree, but the idea behind it never really changed.

Get people together.

Play the old songs.

Teach somebody a new one.

Let the kids grow up around it.

Make room for whoever shows up.

And do it again next year.

**Tomorrow, we do it again.**

Come help us keep it going.
